Resuming Services

 Dearest Brothers and Sisters:

As a church, we have decided to resume Sunday morning worship services June 14, 2020 at 11:00 am.  We will be trying to adhere to the guidelines as set forth by the governor of West Virginia. 

Please note the following procedures:

  In the sanctuary

• 1. We will be staying on the main floor to limit exposure and the necessity of cleaning beyond that. 

  2. Some seats will be blocked off to limit availability and so we can spread out.

  3. We will NOT be having a time of handshake and hugging fellowship and ask that everyone refrain from doing so inside the church.

  4. We do plan to have congregational singing and special music

  5. We will dismiss in sections and encourage using the “front doors” at the back of the sanctuary so that the halls are not crowded at any given time. 

  6. Masks are optional. They are welcomed but not required. No one will be wrong for wearing or not wearing a mask. The church is NOT able to provide a mask so if  you plan to wear one please bring it with you.

  7. All services will continue to be broadcast over Zoom as they have been thus far. 

 We ask that you continue to pray earnestly for our country as well as the world at this unprecedented time. We look forward to seeing each of you again. May God continue to bless and keep you.
