Sunday School
We offer several classes to meet individual needs of different age groups. In addition to studying together on Sunday morning, these groups meet several times a year for fun and fellowship.

Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. with a continental breakfast available in the Fellowship Hall from 9:00am to 9:40am.

Nursery

For the convenience of parents with small children, we offer a nursery for ages infant through 3 years.

Christian Fellowship Club (CFC)
CFC is a ministry for children Pre-K through 5th Grade. The program is designed to focus on Christian citizenship and respect for God's House and Work while building Christian character. This goal is accomplished through special lessons, projects, games and memorization of Bible verses.

The fun begins at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays

Upward Basketball and Cheerleading
An exciting opportunity for the youth and adults of the Tri-State to be involved in Christian basketball and cheerleading.

Impact Youth Group
The Youth Group identifies itself witht he name Impact because of the impact that each member's life has upon others. This group is for grades 6-12.

We meet at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday nights.

Ladies Aid Quilting
Several of our ladies meet every week in the Fellowship Hall and quilt the old fashioned way!

Come join us at 9:00 a.m. on Thursdays.

Golden Age

This senior ministry meets the second Tuesday of each month and has no begining age limit. Activities include covered dish dinners, visits to restaurants, picinics and trips.

Music Ministry
The music ministry at 26th Street Baptist is a fun and rewarding experience. There is something for every ages from infants to adults.

The 26th Street Baptist Choir is composed of volunteers of all ages. It is a praise and worship team whose ministry is to glorify Christ through song and to share the gospel of Christ.

We sing all types of music ranging from old-time gospel to contemporary worship music.

The choir sings during the worship services and presents an annual Christmas and Easter program. We also enjoy many other activities including cookouts, fellowship, outdoor concerts and caroling

Children's Choir

Mission
Our mission is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to the Holy Scriptures to the children of our community; to provide them with the education and opportunity to become disciples and servants of Jesus Christ; and also give provision for their God given abilities and talents to be implemented for the Glory of God through Jesus Christ.

Goals
Music Emphasis—Children will learn songs, music concepts, and perform

Bible Application—Children will learn Scripture verses and spiritual attributes

Character Building—Children will learn to participate in Worship and the importance of good manners for concerts, church services, and other special presentations.

Great fun and activities—Provide a fun, active, and Christ-centered environment.
